RECIPE 1: CHIPA

 CHIPA




INGREDIENTS:

      -          50 gr of butter
-          10 spoons of milk
-          1 teaspoon of baking powder
-          2 eggs
-          300 gr of cheese
-         
250 gr of corn flour


STEPS: 

1. Mix the corn flour and the salt
2. Add baking powder and cheese. Mix everything
3. In another bowl, beat the eggs. Add the eggs to the solids and mix. 
4. Pour the milk. Keep on mixing until you have a dough. 
5. Put it 20 minutes in the fridge. 
6. Make little balls and put them in the oven.
